What we do
Smart Building Design Pty Ltd, trading as SMART BD, works across residential, multi-unit, commercial, office, industrial and warehouse projects, along with building design for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and NDIS accommodation.
Projects are developed from an initial concept through design development, planning documentation and detailed building design documentation, with coordination of the relevant project consultants where a project requires them.
The practice is based in Victoria, Australia, and provides building design services to clients across Australia.
